When will my order ship?
HERE WE GO GEARING UP FOR A FUN, FABULOUS AND BUSY HOLIDAY! CURRENTLY WE ARE ON A 5 DAY TURN AROUND. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIMES, AND MAY VARY BY 1-2 DAYS, HOWEVER, MOST ORDERS WILL SHIP 5 DAYS AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED.
Long answer: Ah yes, the most popular question of the day. Orders are produced in the order they are received, in large batches at a time. Your order goes into production typically 24-48 hours after it is placed. Production itself takes anywhere from 3-4 days so our little goodies can completely dry, harden, etc., to be able to endure their shipping journey, then safely packaged, and sent out within 1-2 days, via UPS Ground. Orders generally go out 1 week from the day ordered. Swanky Sweet Pea does not charge until we ship, however, during busy seasons we may charge as early as 3 days prior to orders leaving our facility.
UPS Ground times for your location can be found at http://www.ups.com/. You will receive tracking information via email when your order has shipped.
What is the reason for your production times, don’t you have 1,000,000 of these in stock and ready to ship? Short Answer: No. Long answer: We pride ourselves on being different than our competition, where we make everything fresh to order.
-You will see throughout our website that we maintain the guarantee of everything being “made fresh to order”, and thus the reason for these production times. You wouldn’t eat a stale cupcake would you? Well we certainly wouldn’t expect you to bath with one either. We want you to know that when you receive your order, it was freshly made right before it was packaged up for safe arrival. There is not a magical warehouse, with a million cupcake bath bombs ready to ship on demand, even though our warehouse is pretty magical, all product is handmade and packaged right here in the U.S.A daily. Product with frosting has to be dried for 3-4 days to be safe to ship. We also produce many many orders at once, and packaging is done the same way. If your order was being packaged to ship and was not finished before the early UPS daily pickup time, then it goes out with the next days pickup, so don't worry; good things come to those who wait.

All products are non-edible and for external use only. Some products may contain parts that pose a choking hazard and are not recommended for children. Swanky Sweet Pea products are produced in a facility that has exposure to nuts as well as most of our products contain ingredients that have Almond Oils, Chocolate, sugar and Cinnamon. Do not use products if you have any known allergies, skin sensitivities, including peanut/nut allergies.
Cupcake Bath Bomb Ingredients:
Sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, meringue powder, cream of tartar, powdered sugar, water, fragrance, sprinkles, soap colorant. External use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Products with Vanilla, Buttercream, or Chocolate note base may discolor over time. Frosting may contain cinnamon. This product may cause tub to become slippery, use caution when exiting tub and rinse down surface after use to prevent injury. Cupcake liner shades may vary slightly due to availability.
Bath Truffles:
Cocoa butter, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, fragrance, colorant. External use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Truffles are heat sensitive and may slightly melt under extremely warm conditions. This product may cause tub to become slippery, use caution when exiting tub and rinse down surface after use to prevent injury.
Body Butter:
Distilled water, Glycerin, Sorbitol, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate, Sodium Chloride, propylene glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Propylparaben, Butylparaben, Isobutylparaben, Tetrasodium EDTA, vegetable glycerin, fragrance, colorant. External use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Swanky Suds:
Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerin (kosher, of vegetable origin), Goats Milk, Purified water, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Sorbitol (moisturizer), Sorbitan Oleate (emulsifer), Soybean protein (conditioner), Titanium Dioxide (mineral whitener used in opaque soaps), fragrance, colorant. External use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Please note that due to all natural ingredients, some fragrance selections with Vanilla, Buttercream, or Chocolate may cause soap to discolor over time. This product may cause tub to become slippery, use caution when exiting tub and rinse down surface after use to prevent injury.
Sugar Scrub Bars:

Bath Salts:
Epsom Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Fragrance Oils, Soap Color. This product may harden over time due to natural hardening properties of Salt/Sodium Bicarbonate. This product may cause tub to become slippery, use caution when exiting tub and rinse down surface after use to prevent injury.
Bath Salt Scrub:
Epsom Salt, Fragrance Oils, Soap Color, Sweet Almond Oil. This product will cause tub to become slippery, use caution when exiting tub and rinse down surface after use to prevent injury.
Deluxe Bath Cookies:
Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Water, Epsom Salt, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sweet Almond Oil, Fragrance, Soap Color, Cream of Tartar, Meringue Powder, Powdered Sugar. Sweet Sundae Soak/Candied Apple Bomb/Retro Bath Cakes:

Swanky Swee Pea uses "Vanilla Color Stabilizer" in some of our products with a vanilla based fragrance to prevent natural discoloration. (cupcake bath bombs, pedicure cupcakes, bath cookies, bath bars, etc.)
How will my order ship?
Swanky Sweet Pea products are packed with the confidence of a safe arrival. Each cupcake bath bomb is packed individually in 1 1/2 inch bubblewrap, then safely cushioned with even more bubblewrap. If for any reason your shipment was damaged during the shipping process, tracking information is available upon request and a value of up to $100.00 on all shipments is made if a claim is needed with UPS.
Please allow 3-6 days for shipping. All orders are shipped using UPS Ground. USPS First Class/Priority are used when only a small single item is ordered or is more economical for the customer. Swanky Sweet Pea does not profit from any shipping charges. During times of extreme summer heat, we may not ship on a Friday as packages sit at a UPS hub that is not climate controlled. After all, we want to protect all the love and effort that goes into making each and every tub treat. If your order "due date" date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your order the following business day as UPS Ground does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
USPS is used to ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Please place your order via email and you will be given an estimated shipping cost to confirm. Orders are put on hold until confirmation is received. We currently do not ship Internationally.
What is your return/damage policy?
Please call or email swankysweetpea@live.com to discuss all damages or returns. All damage/claims on product must be made within 72 hours of receiving shipment.
-Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. We are not able to offer refunds for custom orders.
-In order for us to guarantee a fresh product for every order, we do not accept returns on non-damaged orders that have already been shipped. Please see above for cancellation policy.
“It’s Like a Heat Wave. . . “
Some of Swanky Sweet Pea products are heat sensitive. In extreme heat conditions, we may delay the shipment of certain items, such as our Bath Truffles, Soap Pops, certain styles of cupcakes by 24-48 hours to avoid damage to these products, as they sit at a UPS hub over the weekend that is not climate controlled. We ask that if you are not able to be present when your shipment arrives, please make alternate arrangements for your order to be picked up, or we would be more than happy to ship on a certain day that will allow your package to arrive when you will be present. In the rare event that there is damage to a product due to shipping, for certain instances, we may ask for photographic proof of damage for our own records, as well as insurance claim purposes, in order to issue a refund. All damage/claims on product must be made within 72 hours of receiving shipment.
When will I be charged for my order?
Since our products are made fresh to order, payment information collected by the shopping cart is charged when the order is ready to ship. We don’t expect our customers to pay until you have a finished product leaving our facility. In order to streamline our packaging department, during times of high volume, all charges are done anywhere from 1-4 days prior to order shipping. Please keep this in mind in reference to turnaround times to avoid delay in shipment due to payment declining.
In the event that payment is declined, orders are only held for 1 week after production and then resold accordingly. This is necessary to keep our guarantee of a fresh product every time, but we would be happy to reproduce your order at your request. Please see return/damage policy for further details.
