Goodbye summer, hello Fall.  One of our favorites actually, here in Minnesota.  Although we savor the heat while we can get it, the beauty of Fall in northern Minnesota is one of the best in the nation.   With the holidays being shortly upon us,  we reflect on  all of the things that make us thankful for those we care about and the sweet smell of pumpkin spice EVERYTHING, with soft white snow flakes glistening like diamonds after dark.  

​We thank you for supporting our business that prides itself on products proudly made and packaged in the USA.  We always like to remind our valued customers this time of year, that in order to make filling your shelves with reorders seem seamless, we suggest ordering at least 2-3 weeks prior to when you think you will be needing more items.  This allows for the volume we experience Sept. through December, and transit times as well.  Keep your display looking healthy at all times as this also shows an increase in sales.  We thank you for your continued business this year and look forward to many more!

Second question asked most often.  "So this will ship like, tomorrow, right?"  Swanky products are made fresh to order.  You wouldn't EAT a stale cupcake, so we wouldn't expect you to BATHE with one either.  All of our products are made in large batches at once, packaged, then pulled for orders.  What is a "batch" of orders?  This is numerous orders all at once, depending on the season, scale of this also varies making lead times shorter, or longer.  Either way it is on average thousands of units at once time, across all products.  This means that frosting has to dry, soap has to harden, packaging has to be done, then orders are pulled for shipment.  See that merengue?  Hand frosted, piped and sprinkled.  See those cookies?  Chocolate chips are hand painted.  See those cupcake soap pops?  Hand colored and poured.  Those raspberries?  Hand poured as well.  Classic bombs?  Hand packed into presses and hand sealed.  All of our products are done this way, which as you would guess, takes time.  There is pride that goes with manufacturing by hand, as opposed to automation.  Yes, it may take slightly longer, but to give the customer something unique and handmade in the U.S.A. not only supports our economy, but gives them something that they can be happy about giving to someone else.  Some times we have products in inventory from over production so depending on order specifics, we may be able to pull your order right away, but this is not a normal scenario as we like to give you the freshest product possible.  Although our products do not have a "shelf life" or expiration, suggested use is within 6 months.  This gives you the maximum aromatic fragrance and use of their oils.  Products that have a vanilla base will tend to discolor over time, and lessen in their potency.  However, bombs themselves will always perform the same.  We always try to accommodate rush orders, but as you can imagine with manufacturing done the way it is makes this difficult, or when numerous retailers need a rush order, how do we prioritize?  We do the best we can.  This is why we always suggest ordering/reordering 3 weeks before the product is needed.  This allows for 1 week in transit, and time for production.  Thank you for your business and as always we look forward to serving you!
