Due to the nature of product there are no returns or refunds on bath and body products, this includes private label custom orders for any reason. If your order is damaged in transit, provide photo documentation, and a refund will be processed for the amount of damages. WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF PRODUCTS?
For best results, use product within 6 months of purchasing. Bath bombs do not necessarily have a "shelf life," as they will always perform the same, however, fragrance strength diminishes over time. DO NOT expose your bath bombs or soaps to high humidity or direct sunlight. This will cause unwanted moisture residue, condensation, or fading of mica colorants. DOES YOUR PRODUCT COME READY TO PUT OUT AND SELL?
Product comes fully protected from shop wear by being shrink wrapped with adhesive product label and/or satin ribbon. This means all you have to do is simply unwrap, price and you are ready to go. No primping necessary. If for any reason your shipment is damaged due to its travels along the way, please provide photo proof and any necessary refunds or replacements will be given. Our bombs are each made by hand, resulting in a higher quality product, both in hand-feel, bathtub performance, and overall aesthetic. Are the Bath Bombs vegan?

Yes, with a 1000 minimum order. We charge $250 for the original mold, which becomes your property. What is the smallest bath bomb you make?
The smallest bomb size that we make is a 3.5oz bomb (2-inch diameter). Are bombs foam and floating on the water?
Our stock bombs do not float on the water. You may submit to us your recipe and we can follow your spec if you would like to create a custom bomb that performs in a specific way. Does the dye leave a mark on the bathtub?
Our bombs do not leave a mark on the bath tub if Poly 80 is added to your mix. For shipment, what are the standard contents within the box for reducing breakage?

Add a Label adds your unique label to our usual products. The easiest way to get started with a custom order is through our Add a Label page. No minimums! What is Private Label?
Private Label is for creating a unique formula, color, shape, scent, etc. that is just for your business. The minimum order for completely custom products is 1000 units. Tell us more about what you're wanting and the total quantity, and we will provide a quote and more details. How big is the label for bath bombs?
Each bomb gets a 1.5 inch circular sticker on the bottom, which we custom print with any graphic that you provide us with. We always stick the label to the bottom of the bath bomb, and then shrink wrap it, ensuring that the label cannot be accidentally torn or peeled off during handling or transportation. It's there until the packaging is intentionally removed. What are the label sizes for other products?

You can provide your own fragrances or specify anything specifically. We will sign an NDA with you for your custom recipe We can customize colors, scents, and other ingredients for you if you order a minimum of 1000 units per custom recipe. We can accommodate any different packaging that you may desire, but you would have to design and send us that packaging. We can also have a custom mold created for you, which would incur a one-time fee of $250. We can package in any box or bags that you provide to us with a minimum quantity order. We can insert jewelry into bath bombs. This requires a minimum order of 48 bath bombs. To get started we would need to receive the inserts for sampling. We ask for $100 to cover the costs of creating samples and experimenting with your unique inserts. Do you ship internationally?

Our team works hard to produce millions of high quality products each year for over thousands of retailers nationwide. Items are made in date range batches so everything is guaranteed fresh. Lead times vary depending on current order volume. Standard orders made directly through the website are 7-14 days. Orders with any customization run 21-45 days from the time of formula and modification approval. LEAD TIMES do not include transit times with FedEx Ground. Be prepared and order any necessary restock at least 3 weeks in advance as to have a healthy display for customers. DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE LABELING?

We no longer offer unique shapes of bath bomb products. How do you protect bombs when more than one are shipped together?
Each item is individually shrink-wrapped. We further wrap items in sets of 6. Packing peanuts or bubble wrap further protect products as needed. Is this product organic and FDA certified?
